1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, or holds a registered account on the tk989 Platform.

• You must not currently hold, or have previously held, a suspended or permanently closed tk989 account.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gaming platforms.

4 Account Security

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tk989 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing thresholds are published in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated periodically. Players should refer to the cashier for current limits at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. tk989 does not support withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit unless the Player's primary method is unavailable and tk989 expressly approves an alternative.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all tk989 promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. A Player must have a verified account in good standing to claim any promotional offer.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the tk989 Platform are operated by licensed third-party Game Providers. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the respective Game Provider and are accessible within the game interface. tk989 does not modify or override Game Provider rules.

For sports betting and live betting products on the Platform, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted subject to availability and the prevailing odds at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a bet or game outcome, tk989 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk989 Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances:

2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
3. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk989 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk989 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of tk989.

Players retain the right to seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve their rights pending arbitration.
